Nearly 7 million absentee votes were cast, mostly for Joe Biden, in the three states responsible for his presumptive win; a mere 250,000 votes now separate Biden from Donald Trump in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania.  Only 20,000 in Wisconsin.

The three pivotal Rust Belt states have something else in common: according to state election laws, mail-in ballots cannot be processed prior to 7 a.m. on Election Day. (Michigan has a slight caveat for larger cities, which allows ballot inspection to begin the day before.)

It’s clear that Pennsylvania election officials violated the law by alerting voters to correct mistakes on or “cure” their mail-in ballots days before Election Day. This means not only were election workers inspecting mail-in envelopes in advance of the legal deadline, the unlawful pre-canvassing occurred without observers present, another obvious violation.

As it stands now, fewer than 40,000 votes switched from the Democrat nominee Joe Biden to Donald Trump in Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Arizona would give Trump the election 279 electoral votes to Biden’s 259.

If Biden retained Pennsylvania, and only 25,000 votes shifted from Biden to Trump in Arizona, Georgia, and Wisconsin, the Electoral College would be tied 269 each, and Trump would be reelected by the House of Representatives where each state delegation casts a single vote; Alaska’s one congressman has equal weight to California’s 53.

“Civil war” has been a term much in use by both the Left and the Right these days. Try a web search on “civil war in America 2020,” and the result is hundreds of links speculating about the “coming war between Left and Right and who will ignite the spark” (and a lot of other related themes).

The Left claim that “white supremacist and white nationalist militias” will get things started, and the legacy media have produced dozens of articles “investigating” militias and propagating that false narrative.

Yikes!  Ballot counting software in Michigan records fractions of a vote with a "ballot weighting" feature.  This is very big.  Computer languages have data types, such as alphanumeric, integer, decimal, floating point, etc.  What possible legitimate reason could there be for "ballot weighting" via decimal fractional votes?  This software was clearly designed to make it easy for dummies to cheat by exactly the desired percentage.

The complaint filed in Pennsylvania by the Trump campaign is a superb piece of legal craftsmanship.

It was filed in federal court, not state.  The gist is that some of the state's actions, and particularly the exclusion of Republican poll-watchers during the counting of hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots, violated federal constitutional requirements.

The point is obvious enough once one thinks of it, but it's brilliant all the same.  It shifts the focus from state law, where a politicized Pennsylvania court has the last word, to federal law, where the U.S. Supreme Court rules.

As for the obviousness of the point, consider as a thought experiment a state law requiring that all votes be counted in secret by an unelected board named by the party in power.  Could it survive a constitutional challenge?

In that sense, this election is about far more than Donald Trump the man, or even his policies. The question is this: either democracy survives or one political party will be allowed to bully, lie, cheat, and steal its way into power.

President Trump is right to refuse to concede the 2020 election until every legal vote has been counted and allegations of significant fraud have been fairly investigated. His voters deserve and need to know if we were beaten by massive cheating.

Attorney General Barr just mobilized the Department of Justice to engage as appropriate to investigate election fraud throughout America. If you’ve been following the mainstream media, you’ve probably read that Trump has filed a lawsuit in Pennsylvania to “stop counting votes.”

There is a lawsuit, no doubt; and it will involve a lot of votes being thrown out. The plaintiff (Trump and/or the Republicans) will win, because Pennsylvania’s highest court has almost certainly violated the Constitution of the United States.

With the unprecedented decision of key battleground states to suddenly stop counting votes on election night, it is apparent that Democrat efforts to steal back the White House are in progress.

Media outlets say that early voting hugely favors Biden, but that’s not true. For more information on that Democrat disappointment, you have to look to Australia, where, as the video above shows, Paul Murray of SkyNews put together an excellent segment showing that Biden has a pretty small lead over Trump in early voting.

If you pay attention only to the polls and the mainstream media narrative, you’ll believe that, even though the presidential race is tightening, Biden still maintains a lead and can handily win the upcoming election.

However, if you look at the information on the Twitter feed of Ronna McDaniel, @GOPChairwoman, you’ll see an entirely different story and one that is more in sync with Trump’s well-attended rallies compared to Biden’s anemic afternoon teas.  It’s the story of record numbers of Trump Democrats.

Amy Coney Barrett’s ascension to the Supreme Court marks the first time in 81 years – in three generations – that the Republicans will have a majority on the Supreme Court.

The Democrats, rather than accepting gracefully that the regularly-applied constitutional rules finally stopped favoring them, have responded with a complete meltdown. They’ve resorted to apocalyptic predictions, hysterical rants, and threats, lots and lots of threats.

Most of the people supporting Trump in this election are confident that he will get more votes than he got in 2016 but are afraid that fraudulent mail-in votes will illegally steal the election -- or that we will have to wait weeks before we know the results because "so many states" are allowing ballots to arrive long after the November 3, 2020 election day.

Based on a study of the voting rules in each state, and the 2016 electoral map, it appears that neither of those things are likely to happen.  This is my analysis of why on both counts.  I hope it allays your concerns.

President Trump, whose Middle East plan is winning support from Arab nations, is gaining strong support from Muslim leaders and their followers in the United States who believe that the Democrats haven't delivered on years of promises, according to a new survey of Islamic leaders.

In a shocking turnaround, 61.48% of the 109 Muslim leaders who “represent two million voters” plan to vote for Trump. That is a slight edge over their 2012 vote for Barack Obama.

Those results represent a dramatic flip of the Muslim vote, which for years has sided with the Democrats.

If FBI Director Christopher Wray doesn’t turn over all information about the laptop alleged to belong to Hunter Biden that’s been requested by Senate Homeland Security Chairman Ron Johnson within 24 hours, Wray should be summarily fired by the president and be replaced by an acting FBI director who will do the job, someone like Richard Grenell.

That Wray and company have been sitting on this evidence since 2019 is beyond unconscionable.

That they were doing it during an impeachment trial relevant to the details on that laptop’s hard drive borders on the criminal, indeed crossing that border morally, if not legally.
